Guest Suite with the Living area – Sleeps 4

Guest Suite with the Living area – Sleeps 4 - includes a Queen size adjustable bed and a Queen size sofa bed in the living area. A private bath with a tub/shower is located inside the suite. There are 2 TVs in the Guest Suite, and both have Roku sticks. The TV in the living area has DirecTV and a BluRay player and several movie selections.

Twin Guest room with sink area– Sleeps 3

Twin Guest room with sink area– Sleeps 3 - includes 3 twin beds, a pair of canopy beds, and a full-size bed in the window. The sink area is handy for washing your face and brushing your teeth before going to bed. There is a full-size bathroom down the hall with a toilet, sink, and steam shower. There is a TV with a Roku stick and DirecTV.

Sun Room with fireplace – Sleeps 2 (4 with blow up bed)

Sun Room with fireplace – Sleeps 2 (4 with blow up bed) - features a small living area on one side of the room with Queen size bed in the sectional sofa and a dining table that will easily seat 6. On the other side of the room, there is an exercise bar and two bicycles that can be used as stationary bikes or removed to go biking in the area. The TV features include Apple TV, Roku, BluRay player, and DirecTV.

Kitchenette

Kitchenette – A complete kitchenette is located between the 2 rooms which includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer (including ice maker and filtered water), Microwave, 2-burner Wolf gas cooktop, Toaster oven that accommodates a 12 in. pizza, Dishwasher, Disposal, Keurig Coffee maker, Magic Bullet and Blender. Dishes, glassware and silverware are provided along with Keurig coffee and tea pods for 3 days, plus sugar and sugar substitutes.

Whole House Rental - 6,000 sq. ft. (not including private office)

In addition to the items listed on the lower level, this includes:
Access to all rooms on the main floor, including the Library, Living Room, Kitchen, and appliances, plus laundry facilities, BBQ grill, and outdoor refrigerator on the upper deck

Master Bedroom – Sleeps 2 – includes Queen Size adjustable bed, Small Coffee bar with under-counter refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, TV with Apple TV, Roku, BluRay, DirecTV,

Master Bathroom – Includes a full-size shower, separate tub with Jacuzzi jets, Toto toilet, and TV with Roku.
