- Whole Home and/or Lower level Bedrooms will only be rented to a single person or group at a time, but rates depend on how many people and Bedrooms will be used.
- 3 night minimum on all overnight rentals. 50% deposit required upon booking, balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Owner accepts payment via Venmo, PayPal or Certified Check. A driver’s license will be required with the deposit.
- Refundable deposit is required on all rentals and is dependent upon the number of rooms rented and the length of the stay. For example, a 3-night stay for 2 rooms and 4 people is $1,000.00, payable 2 weeks prior to rental. Catered events or larger number of guests will require larger deposits.
- All rentals include the cleaning fee before and after their stay, unless extensive cleaning is needed after the guests depart. Owner retains the right to deduct the additional cleaning costs from the deposit but will notify the guests before doing so.
- Special Event rental fees will be based on a case-by-case basis depending on the needs of the client/caterer and if additional days are needed for setting up and breaking down.
- Refund policy – 2 weeks prior notice for a full refund. 50% after that. But the owner does recognize that there can be extenuating circumstances and will take those into consideration.
